Microsoft Online Services partner enrollment documentation

Start earning referral fees

Follow these steps to submit proper documentation to complete the Microsoft Online Services partner enrollment process. Then you can begin earning referral fees for providing Microsoft Online Services solutions to your customers.

Getting started

  1. Select your region.
  2. Download and complete the required tax document (if applicable).
  3. Create quarterly invoices.

Microsoft will send an electronic statement within 14 days after the end of each quarter. Then you can create an invoice that includes value-added tax (VAT) or goods and services tax (GST).

  4. Submit your fee invoice.

Send a copy of the fee invoice no later than 14 days after you receive the electronic statement. Mail hard copies no later than 30 days after you receive the electronic statement.

  5. Earn your fee.

Fill out a form (specific to your region) to specify payment method.

Note: Microsoft must receive an invoice from your organization before referral fee payments can be made. For more-detailed, regional guidance about the Online Services documentation process, contact Microsoft Online Services Support.
