Partner Account Managers (PAMs) work with strategically aligned Microsoft partners that have attained gold competencies on investments and areas of focus that support mutual priorities. Specifically, PAMs are responsible for joint business planning, co-selling orchestration, and accurately measuring performance and rewarding partners who sell and implement strategic Microsoft products and solutions.
 

Tele-Partner Account Specialists (TPASs) help you make the most of your gold competency by helping you utilize key membership benefits, participate in incentive programs, learn about new competency requirements, and renew your membership. For any questions they can’t answer, TPASs can help you find the experts who can answer your questions.

Tele-Partner Account Managers (TPAMs) work with Microsoft partners that have attained silver or gold competencies to help you develop demand-generation activities, sell your solutions, and grow your Microsoft practice.

Partner Technology Advisors (PTAs) work primarily with partners that have a designated PAM to improve current solutions practices or develop new ones based on Microsoft technologies. PTAs work closely with PAMs and partners to discover process improvements and expertise gaps across seven identified practice implementation areas to help increase partner profitability.
