After you have signed the SPA, a VOICE account for the local VOICE administrator at your company will be proactively created by the PartnerSource support team. The local VOICE administrator is responsible for managing access and use rights of employees and can grant other employees access to Microsoft Dynamics systems and tools, such as PartnerSource.
