- Microsoft Product List for Volume Licensing
The Microsoft Product List for Volume Licensing provides information about Microsoft products and solutions licensed through Volume Licensing. It is organized into three product pools—applications, systems, and servers—and includes availability of new products; discontinuation of products; available promotions; point values; product migration paths; Microsoft Software Assurance for Volume Licensing benefits; notes and information specific to products; and appendices with information on special terms, Software Assurance renewal, and programs. Updated each month.
- Microsoft Product Use Rights
The Product Use Rights (PUR) document is an appendix to the Volume Licensing agreement and details the specific use rights for all software acquired through customer Volume Licensing agreements. The PUR document includes universal license terms that apply to all products, license terms that apply to Software Assurance benefits, and any product-specific license terms. It also groups all Microsoft products into nine licensing models. Each model has a base set of general license terms. The PUR document identifies the software in each licensing model, standardizes the terminology across licensing models, and specifies colors for each model to make it easier to locate software and license terms. Note: Licensing models are not product pools. Updated each calendar year quarter.
- Customized PUR
A customized PUR document helps you focus on the use rights for the products you are licensing. You can select the products that you want to include and then download and print your own customized PUR document.
- Product Licensing Search
Save time. Find the Volume Licensing information you need—taken directly from the PUR and Microsoft Product List for Volume Licensing documents—all in one place.
- Microsoft ISVR Product List
The Microsoft Independent Software Vendor Royalty (ISVR) Product List lists the Microsoft products and solutions available for the Microsoft ISVR Licensing Program. (Desktop operating systems, server operating systems, and online services are not included.) Updated each calendar year quarter.
- Microsoft ISVR End-User License Agreements
Access the ISVR End-User License Agreements (EULAs) for each product available through the ISVR Licensing Program. Updated each calendar year quarter.
- Microsoft Services Provider Use Rights
The Services Provider Use Rights (SPUR) document lists the Microsoft products (application, system, and server) and services available for the Microsoft Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA). The SPUR also describes the product use rights for products licensed under the SPLA. The SPUR document specifies use rights and conditions applicable to a customer’s use of the licensed products and groups all the Microsoft products under two licensing models: per processor and subscriber access License (SAL). Updated each calendar year quarter.
- Customized SPUR
A customized SPUR document helps you focus on the use rights for specific products. You can select the products that you want to include and then download and print your own customized SPUR document.
