​Credentials ​Two Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs) at your company must pass qualifying exams, or your company must deliver one application that has passed one qualifying application test. Meet certification or exam requirements: Four unique MCPs with credentials not assigned to any other gold competency must pass qualifying exams or hold the required certifications.

Or meet the Windows Phone development qualification (ISV track):
Deliver one application that has passed one qualifying application test, and have two unique MCPs (with credentials not assigned to any other gold competency) who pass qualifying exams or hold the required certifications.
